Overview:

Prodapt is seeking a Senior AI Engineer with 4-6 years of experience to join their Information Technology team. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering AI and machine learning models utilizing cutting-edge technologies to foster innovation and enhance business solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with global product and engineering teams to analyze user behavior and improve existing solutions through advanced AI/ML approaches.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with global product and engineering teams to design AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions aligned with business goals.
• Design, develop, and deliver AI/ML models using modern tools and methodologies.
• Analyze user behavior on current solutions and enhance them through AI/ML-driven improvements.

Requirements:

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 4-6 years of working experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning.
• Deep knowledge of NLP techniques, including embeddings, attention mechanisms, sequence-to-sequence models, and generative AI.
• Rich experience in designing and implementing NLP models.
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and building Agentic AI workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and strong experience with libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Preferred:

• Experience with multiple programming languages, primarily Python, SQL, and Java.
• Familiarity with langchain and LLM libraries/models like GPT-4, Claude.
• Knowledge of big data technologies and open-source data processing frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop, HBase, ElasticSearch, Pig, and Hive.
